Members Agreement

By signing up and actively using the Golden-Clicks program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Golden-Clicks.com reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement at any time without prior notigication of it's members.

You must be 18 years of age or older to join the program.

Do not sign up more than once!
We allow only one account for household. Our advertisers pay for the unique IP clicks, so we do not accept more than one sign up from the same computer. If you break this rule, all your accounts will be deleted.

You agree to sign up with your own name, e-mail address and payment account.
If sign up using someone's else e-mail address or payment ID, your account will be deleted. (If you don't have a payment account yet, please leave this field blank).

Do not spam!
Golden-Clicks.com not participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming). Anyone reported for spam will be banned from the Golden-Clicks.com forever and forfeit all unpaid commissions.

Limitation of Liability:
Golden-Clicks.com will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Golden-Clicks.com program, even if Golden-Clicks.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Golden-Clicks.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Advertising e-mails
Golden-Clicks.com is not responsible for the advertising e-mails content. We do not guarantee that all the information given us by advertisiers is correct. Please be careful if you decide to sign up for any paid offer! Golden-Clicks.com will not be liable for any damages it may cause. We do not require you to pay anything to be our member.

Inactive members
If you do not login for 30 days or more, your account will be marked 'inactive'. You cat re-activate it if you login within next 60 days. Golden-Clicks.com deletes inactive members every month. If you do not login for 90 days or more, your account will be deleted.

Golden-Clicks.com respects your privacy!
The information you provide on Golden-Clicks.com will be used for the paid advertising (ads targeted by country), sending payments to your account and contacting you by our staff. We do not provide your private information to third parties.
